Transporter – Terms of Use
Instructions to Transporters for Empanelment:
- ▪Prior Empanelment on this portal is mandatory to provide Malba transportation services in Delhi. Anyone found transporting Malba (C&D waste) without registering on the portal or accepting direct requests outside the portal, shall be liable to penalty by the MCD.
- ▪All the information provided while registering for empanelment, must be correct. If any information is found to be false or fabricated, the empanelment will be cancelled and may potentially lead to blacklisting.
- ▪A request once accepted, must be fulfilled. Not showing up for collection on scheduled date and time may lead to cancellation of empanelment.
- ▪A transporter can register multiple vehicles and must ensure that all the licenses and permits are valid and active at all times. Any vehicle not fit to transport or with expired permits must not be deployed for transportation of Malba (C&D waste). The vehicles must have GPS features and be available for integration with the portal.
- ▪The vehicles deployed for transporting Malba must be covered and ensure there is no pilferage during the transit.
- ▪Dropping the Malba at non-designated locations (other than the informed Collection Centre or Recycling Plant) is not allowed; doing so will lead to penalties by concerned authorities, and cancellation of empanelment.
- ▪It is mandatory to click photographs of Malba at the time of collection and delivery. Failing to click and upload photos on the portal shall lead to payment withhold, penalty, and cancellation of empanelment.
